Return Policy

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@vikingcostume.com. We’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.

Exchanges

  • Size Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact our customer support team at contact@vikingcostume.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to size availability.

Inspection

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items
